Sweet little Annie has been through so much. She was left abandoned in the basement of an apartment building in the Bronx , where kind tenants have been feeding her along with a few other strays. They say she once lived with someone who didn't treat her well and simply left her behind.
After that trauma, Annie is understandably shy and cautious —she'll let you know she needs you to go slow. But give her a little patience and kindness, and you'll see her melt… she'll roll onto her side, invite gentle pets, and show you her tender heart.
