About Atlas

Meet Atlas! Atlas is a 7-year-old Pomeranian with a personality almost as big as his fluffy coat. He joined us in July and is now ready to start his next chapter with a forever family of his own. Recently neutered and fresh from a dental cleaning, Atlas is healthy, microchipped, and fully up to date on vaccines.

This little guy is partially housetrained and currently wears a belly band in his foster home to help prevent accidents. He is crate trained too, although he will sometimes use his voice to let you know when he would rather be out and about. Like most Poms, Atlas has a lot to say, so apartment living could work as long as you do not mind a chatty roommate.

Atlas walks beautifully on leash and enjoys his daily outings. He gets along well with other dogs, especially calm and larger ones, and is politely curious about cats. Occasionally he tries to convince them to play. Because he can be sensitive about how he is picked up, Atlas would do best in a home with older children who understand and respect his boundaries.

His adoption fee is $450, which helps cover his medical care and procedures.
