About BELLA

Hello, my name is Bella. I am Rottweiler mix, my foster family thinks I may be mix with a lab and might be around 2. I have been in a foster home for about a month. I am super sweet and love attention. I am not really all that active, I do like to go on walks but don't want to walk home. I do fixate on other dogs and so far act protective. My ideal family would be some one who has patience while I learn your routines and will provide lots of attention and play – I am still a puppy. I am good with older kids but would probably be best in a home where I am the only pet. I do love to play tug-a-war with a rope toy and love my squeaky toys. I am really good at sitting and waiting when it comes to food time. I am super smart and very food motivated.

Bella is sharing a home with a 12-year-old girl, her two puppies, and a bearded dragon. She loves to lay on the dog bed, is good in her crate, but is stubborn when she does not want to do something (like go outside or back in her crate). She is potty trained and will not potty in her crate, she just will not verbalize needing to go outside.
