About Bertle
Meet Bertle, the sweetest little shadow you'll ever have! This loving boy wants nothing more than to be wherever you are—whether that's lounging on the couch, working at your desk, or just moving from room to room. He'll happily flop nearby, purr up a storm, and keep you company with his gentle, calm presence. Once he feels comfortable (which doesn't take long!), he'll even curl up for cozy lap naps.
Bertle is curious and sometimes a tiny bit shy with new people, but he warms up quickly because he truly loves being around humans. His heart is as big as his purr!
Playtime is where Bertle shines. He is obsessed with his wand toy—like, plays-with-it-multiple-times-a-day obsessed. Watching him chase, leap, and wiggle after it is pure entertainment. He's also a pretty impressive jumper and can soar up to high spots with ease… so we're politely working on his "no counters, please" manners.
Catnip toys? Also a big yes.
With his adorable personality, sweet disposition, and hilarious play sessions, Bertle is an absolute joy to have around. Whoever adopts him is going to have a very loving, very playful best friend for life.
Bert is from a local impound. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application. An adoption application is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract.
