About Bobo aka Bodhi - Best Boy!

Bodhi is a handsome senior boy who is looking for a new home and family to call his own. In the meantime, Bodhi is in one of our NJ foster homes being cared for and loved. Bodhi was surrendered to the NYC shelter system when his owner became too ill to continue caring for him. He just arrived in NJ so we don't know alot about him. Initial observations are that he seems to be very sweet and curious. He appears to be dog friendly (in a foster home with 2 smaller dogs). Bodhi is scheduled to have a dental the first week of December so he should be good to go shortly after that. Bodhi has a grade 3 heart murmur - no medication is required at this time, however, it does need to be monitored by a veterinarian at minimum annually. Bodhi is also scheduled to be groomed ... stay tuned for the "after" photos.

Bodhi is microchipped and up to date on vaccines, heartworm and flea & tick preventatives. Bodhi tested negative for heartworm. His adoption fee is $300. Please note that his listed age is what we've been told and we can't guarantee its accuracy. Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.
