Chico is a mixed breed and is likely to be a medium sized dog. He is a sweet, social butterfly who has yet to meet a stranger - human, kid or dog, that he has not loved. He's all softness, warmth and wiggly affections. He's a sensitive soul with not a mean bone in his body. He thrives on kindness, reassurance and connection. A total velcro pup, he wants to be near his people and will happily attach himself to your hip like it's his job. He's very smart and extremely food motivated which is great for training, and for convincing him to release the shoe he has just "borrowed". He's also a natural talker - you can expect adorable grumbles, squeaks, snuffles, and commentary all through your day.

Charisma? Off the charts!

Chico sleeps through the night like a little angel…in his human's bed. He takes this responsibility seriously and will snuggle as close as legally possible. He's still working on his potty training but is trying his best, and just needs patience, consistency and a cheering squad. Overall, Chico is a well adjusted, classic puppy with bursts of energy, sudden naps, more bursts of energy and infinite love. He currently spends half of his day at his foster parents' office, where he takes his job very seriously, inspecting for any fallen food, looking adorable for treats, greeting customers with his sweet tail wags and body wiggles and providing much needed cuddle therapy for staff throughout the day! In the afternoons, he spends time at home with his foster dog siblings. He loves his canine siblings and happily follows behind them like he's part of their adoring fan club. Chico has not been fully crate trained but will tolerate a few hours in his crate when needed.
