Chloe VII is an owner surrender looking for a new home.
Hi! My name is Chloe VII! I am an 8 year old fawn girl that is an owner surrender due to one of my owners passing away and life circumstances and substantially downsizing are making my other owner have to find me my forever family. I am described as friendly, smart, calm, affectionate, quiet, and obedient! At birth I inherited a skin condition from my mom in which I lose hair on my sides during the spring and summer but it grows back again in the fall and winter. I currently live with my littermate and 3 dachshunds and we get along fine. I have previously lived with 10 cats and do fine with them as well. I will bark and chase cats or dogs that do not belong on my property but am respectful of other animals if I visit their property. I currently live with two kids (ages 5 and 10 years) and do fine with them. I am house trained, crate trained, and at night I sleep on a dog bed. If the humans must be away, I am fine being left alone. When outside I have good behavior and do not dig or attempt to jump fences/gates. My owner currently uses kiddie gates instead of crating and I do not jump them. I am scared of thunderstorms and fireworks and want to be near the humans, but some of my favorite things are riding in the car, red lasers or anything I can chase, and playing fetch! My littermate and I work as a team and actually bring the toy back to the humans together!
