About Cobra

Meet Puppy Cobra! At just 2 months old, this tiny 3 lb. Terrier mix is already stealing hearts. Found by Good Samaritans after being left in a box outside a local barber shop, Cobra was quickly taken in by I.C.A.R.E. and placed in a loving foster home—where he's been thriving ever since!

Cobra may be small, but he's fearless! He loves playing with his much bigger foster dog sisters (60lbs and 20lbs!) and keeps up with them like a champ. When he's not busy wrestling or chasing toys, he's a perfect little travel buddy who loves going on adventures in his favorite shoulder bag, watching the world go by.

This little guy is rocking his Puppy Basics! He sleeps through the night in his crate, is learning that toys are for chewing (and hands are for kissing), and is doing great with his potty training. Cobra loves tug-of-war, all toys, and snuggling close for naps after playtime. Cobra is a spunky, sweet, and joyful pup who brings smiles wherever he goes.
