Meet Lily and Rose!
*The Flower puppies have been EMBARK DNA tested and they are Frenchie-Poos!*
These two adorable sisters, about 12–14 weeks old, came to DPS when they were just six weeks old and have been growing up together in their loving foster home ever since. They're a perfect blend of sweetness, silliness, and puppy curiosity— ready to fill their forever homes with laughter and love.
Lily is the athlete of the pair— fast, agile, and fearless! She loves to leap from one sofa to another, bounding through the yard with her tail wagging nonstop. She's the first to investigate a new sound or chase a falling leaf, and when the sprinklers come on, she's in heaven— splashing, sprinting, and soaking up every drop.
Rose is just as playful but a little more easygoing. She'll happily romp around with her sister, then take a break to stretch out for a nap. She's especially fond of splashing her water bowl (who knew hydration could be so entertaining?) and loves to lie in the sun or watch the world go by between play sessions.
Both girls are affectionate and friendly, but not overly clingy. They're confident enough to play independently in the backyard, yet always delighted when their foster mom is nearby— often turning her shoes into toys or circling around her for attention. They adore being petted but are too wiggly to sit still for long— they've got places to explore and adventures to chase!
Lily and Rose share a gentle, joyful nature and are learning all the puppy basics. They sleep together peacefully in their crate from about 9:30–10 p.m. until morning and spend their days alternating between their indoor pen and the backyard. They're still working on house training, but they're smart, curious, and eager to learn.
They've met their foster's senior dogs— though the big dogs aren't quite as excited to play— and they've handled those interactions with puppy enthusiasm and good humor. No exposure yet to cats or kids, but given their sweet temperaments, they'd likely be wonderful family dogs with proper introductions and supervision.
Their foster's favorite thing? Watching them discover water for the first time! They were absolutely fascinated by the hose, pawing and nibbling at the stream until they figured out how to drink from it. It's impossible not to laugh watching their pure delight in life's simplest pleasures.
Lily and Rose are the kind of pups who make every day brighter. Whether you adopt one or both, you're sure to end up with a best friend who's full of love, fun, and a little splash of mischief.
