🐕 Hank is a 4-year-old, 70lb Yellow Lab / Great Pyrenees mix with the softest ears, the gentlest eyes, and a belly-rub request always at the ready. The very first time we met him in early 2023, he immediately rolled right onto his back for scratches — and he's had our hearts ever since. Hank is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and a healthy, happy boy. 💛🐾

Hank is a sweet, affectionate, goofy, low to medium-energy companion who loves his daily walk 🚶‍♂️, a good round of tug-of-war, and then settling into full-on "lounging mode." He adores people and bonds deeply with his humans. Since he hasn't had much practice socializing with other animals, Hank would thrive as an only pet in a calm, adult home 🏡. He's incredibly loving and affectionate once he feels comfortable, and he's happiest when he can relax and enjoy a peaceful, predictable environment.

This smart guy is house trained, crate trained, and leash trained. 🧠✨ He's completed a full board-and-train program — he knows heel, sit, stay, place, and has excellent manners. He LOVES riding in the car 🚗💨, doesn't chew, hardly barks, and respects boundaries (he's never been a furniture dog!). Hank's ideal home would be one that can give him routine, reassurance, and a quiet space where he can shine.

Reason for rehoming: Hank has shown some anxiety since the arrival of our new baby last year, and we believe he'll feel much more secure in a home without children. This decision is extremely difficult for us, but it's truly about giving Hank the environment where he can be his best, happiest self. ❤️
