Jodie Foster is a 38-pound beauty who came to the shelter as a stray with her sister, Clarice Starling. She has a stunning speckled coat, a bright smile, and a tender heart. Though she's a bit shy at first, Jodie clearly loves affection and blossoms with gentle attention. She adores other dogs — especially her sister — and would thrive in a calm, loving home that can help her build confidence and feel safe.
