About Kira

Kira may be shy at first, her little heart guarded and cautious around unfamiliar faces. But once she begins to trust, her true spirit shines through—she's a gentle, quietly loving soul who finds her greatest happiness simply by being close to you. Her calm presence brings a soothing comfort, and her love is unconditional. Though she gets along peacefully with other dogs, she prefers to focus on her human—her world revolves around those she loves. She longs for a safe haven where she can slowly relax and truly feel secure. In her previous home, she shared a special bond with an 8-year-old boy who adored her deeply; she's gentle and good with older, kind-hearted children. Kira's heart is ready to open—she just needs a home filled with patience, love, and the warmth of someone she can trust completely.

Kira is up to date on her vaccines. Her adoption fee is $450.

Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.
