About Lizzy

***IN FOSTER***

Lizzy is a slender, demure, graceful, and playful hound mix (possible Jack Russell traits). She enjoys affection from people, but is especially happy to see her favorite people! She also really enjoys playing with other dogs.

Taken from a hoarding situation at around 4 months old, she has been quickly developing into a people-oriented pet. She was always the most outgoing and curious puppy in her litter. Lizzy also enjoys playing with toys and will bring one back relatively close to the person. Over time, she could become great at fetch. She leaps like a deer over small bushes, and it is fun to watch her run and enjoy life.

Lizzy would be ideal for someone who is looking for a playful companion for a male dog (she tends to gravitate towards male dogs, but gets along with females fine), and someone who would like a dog that will be a faithful companion.

Lizzy is crate trained and doing well on going potty outside.

If you're interested in meeting Lizzy come to our adoption event on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month from 11am-2pm, located at 6300 San Mateo NE in the south Sprouts parking lot.

Alternatively, we can arrange a Private Meet-and-Greet with the foster parent and your household with a completed application.

Our adoption fee ($100) covers spay/neuter, vaccinations, tick-borne illness testing, and heartworm testing. Apply now!
