About Lucas

Please contact Allyson for more information about this pet.

Lucas' journey began on the streets of Tijuana, born shortly after his pregnant mother was found in front of a gas station by a kind-hearted stranger. Thanks to a Good Samaritan, his mom was given a safe place to raise her 4 puppies, away from the dangers of street life. Now, two years later, Lucas is still waiting for a home to call his own.

Lucas is a handsome Alaskan Malamute and Shepherd mix, about 2 years old, neutered, vaccinated, and weighs 38 pounds. He's a bit shy when meeting new people, but give him a little time, and he'll soon show his sweet and gentle personality. He gets along great with all his siblings and other dogs that live on the property.

He adores his foster and their grandchild, but space is very limited and Lucas hasn't had the chance to run and play outdoors. He's ready for a family that will give him the space, patience, and love he deserves.

Currently being fostered in Tijuana, Mexico — but don't worry! Transportation can be arranged as far north as Los Angeles County.

Could you be the one to give Lucas his first real home? For adoption information, please contact Allysonart8@gmail.com or call 626-798-3077.
