Mama DD and her daughter Emily have spent 913 days at LB Cat Lounge (Feline Good Social Club) — patiently waiting for someone with the heart to adopt them together. They've had offers along the way, but each time, adopters were only interested in one. The rescue just couldn't find it in their hearts to separate them — because these two are truly inseparable. Mama DD and Emily share a deep, unbreakable bond that's as beautiful as it is rare. They've been through everything together, and they're each other's comfort, strength, and safe place.
Mama DD (born Nov. 1, 2020)
Once a street-smart "treat kitty," Mama DD chose her own rescue when she was ready to give birth, letting people know she wanted safety and love. She's strong, loyal, and full of quiet affection once she trusts you. Her big, soulful eyes seem to say, "Thank you for seeing me."
Emily (born June 3, 2022)
Emily is her mama's shadow — playful, curious, and always keeping an eye on DD. She's a little shy around new faces, but her gentle nature shines through. With her matching round eyes and quirky sweetness, Emily is a perfect reflection of her mom's loving spirit.
They've spent almost three years waiting for a forever home where they can stay together — where their story can finally have the happy ending they've been dreaming of.
