Weighing in at 57 lbs, Josey was originally found near Windjammer Lane at the Harbor in Rockwall and brought to the local shelter. She's since moved into a loving foster home, but what she really wants is a forever family to call her own. Josey is housebroken, crate trained, and a total rock star with both dogs and cats—yep, this girl's got universal pet appeal! She truly thrives with other pups around and would love to have a canine buddy or two to help her feel safe and confident in her new home. Because of her shy and gentle nature, she'd do best in a quieter home with kids aged 6+. Josey is spayed, microchipped, current on her rabies vaccine and boosters, and she's heartworm negative. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
