Oakley is a one year old Lab and Great Pyrenees mix with the heart of a big, lovable teddy bear. Her soft, luxurious fur feels like a warm hug and will instantly comfort you every time you pet her. Oakley is affectionate and loves to lean in close, soaking up every bit of love and attention she can get. She's a gorgeous, gentle girl who radiates happiness whenever she's with people. On walks, she is wonderful on a leash and enjoys exploring by your side. Oakley also seems dog-friendly - she loves to run along the fence, playfully keeping pace with dogs on the other side. But most of all, Oakley thrives on human connection and is ready to be your constant companion, sharing in all of life's moments, big and small. The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.
Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
