About OSO
#A5730885 Oso is a 1-year, 1-month-old, 100 lb neutered male German Shepherd mix, possibly with Lab or Bernese Mountain Dog. With his big frame, beautiful black and brown coat, and adorable floppy ears, Oso is a gentle giant who just needs a chance to shine. Found as a stray, he's been anxious in the kennel but transforms into a calm, affectionate companion once he's outside.
Oso is friendly, sweet, and eager to bond with people. He loves to sit beside his handler and looks for direction, showing how intelligent and trainable he is. He knows "sit," walks well on leash, and is housebroken. Though he's nervous around other dogs, he's tolerant and friendly when approached, preferring calm interactions over rough play.
This sensitive, smart boy will thrive with a patient, experienced adopter who can build his confidence and continue his socialization. He's a "good boy" through and through — loyal, loving, and just waiting for a home where he can finally relax and feel secure.
