About Otis
Otis is a young Belgian Malinois. He is about 6 months old. Otis was a stray, brought to our shelter by a Potter County Sheriff's Officer. A handsome boy, whose coloring is brindle, with a bit of white. He is a bit frightened right now. Our staff and volunteers will be working with him. Otis's left eye has been shot with a BB gun. Otis needs an owner who knows how to handle a Belgian Shepherd. Amarillo SPCA, 11901 S. Coulter. 806-622-0555. Our shelter is open Tues.-Sat. 12 to 5 p.m.
