About Panda
Adoption Spotlight: Panda the Persian!
Meet Panda, a stunning 3-year-old black and white Persian with a personality as sweet as his name!
Panda is a gentle, affectionate boy who enjoys the company of other cats and may even do well with a calm, small dog in the home. He has a calm and friendly temperament — the perfect mix of playful curiosity and laid-back charm.
Panda loves being pampered, brushed, and admired (as every Persian should be!). He'll happily lounge by your side or watch the world go by from a cozy spot near the window.
If you're looking for a loving, easygoing companion to fill your home with warmth and beauty, Panda is your guy!
Age: 3 years
Breed: Persian
Color: Black and white
Good with: Cats, possibly small dogs
Apply to adopt Panda and give this handsome boy the forever home he deserves!
All of our cats for adoption are sterilized, fully vaccinated, treated for fleas/worms, are negative for FIV/FELV, have a registered microchip, and come with their travel crate. Adoptions are on a cost-recovery basis and are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Potential adopters for our Persian cats need to have prior Persian cat experience as they need to be well cared for. Grooming, dental, and veterinarian exams are done once a year, and a good quality brand of cat food such as Royal Canin, Hills Science Diet, or Purina Pro plan is the upper tier level with a black label.
We are a rescue and get what we get in terms of cats in need of a home. In no way do we work with breeders or buy the cats from the Friday markets so we can put them up for adoption as a rescue.

Native Mau Cats of Egypt are the oldest known descendants of Egyptian domesticated cats (which have provided a partial foundation for the recent Egyptian Mau cat breed), and they are one of only a few naturally occurring, small, spotted cats in the world. Adoptions are on a cost-recovery basis and by an approved application. NVEcats aims to increase education in Egypt and around the world about these magnificent and intelligent cats.
Cats and kittens are not adopted out on a "first-come, first-serve" basis. We choose to match our applicants and cats based on what we deem as best suited for that particular cat or kitten.
