Name: Peaches Best Guess for Breed: Basset hound and terrier mix
Best Guess for Age: 2 years as of November 2025 SEX: Female
Approximate Weight: 39 lbs
Gets Along With: Other dogs! We haven't seen them with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!
Currently Living at: South Carolina shelter -needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to get up here!
Peaches is Looking For: Her forever home! She landed in the shelter through no fault of her own but firmly believes everything will be just peachy and she will soon have her own humans again. She's seeking long sniffy walks, romps in the park, and all the adventures that come with being a well-loved family pet. In exchange, she promises so many adoring gazes and tail wags, and all the love and loyalty in her stubby legged little body.
