Young boy seeking adventure!

POLO NEEDS A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME!!!!

Name: Polo Best Guess for Breed: German shorthaired pointer mix

Best Guess for Age: 1.5 years as of September 2025 SEX: Male

Approximate Weight: 57 lbs

Gets Along With: Other dogs! We haven't seen him with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!

Currently Living at: DC area foster home

Polo is Looking For: Adventure! Polo looks like a mix but take it from us - that dog is a prime example of the sporting breed German shorthair pointers are. Keen nose, high intelligence, and boundless energy - check, check, and check! He's up for plenty of mental and physical enrichment - advanced agility training, nosework, lots of running in parks, or lots of of long excursions out in nature or any combination thereof will make Polo a happy, tired dog. AND all those will help bond Polo and his humans intensely while having so much fun. He and his forever family will be very lucky to have each other!

What My Foster Says About Me: We will update this once he has spent time in foster care
