Lucy & Ricky Bonded Pair

Meet Lucy and Ricky, two 14-year-old Basset Hound–Terrier mixes who recently came to Rainbow Bridge Hospice Rescue after their 93-year-old mom entered hospice care.

These two sweet souls have spent their entire lives together, and we promised the family we'd make sure they're safe, loved, and cared for.

Lucy is shy and gentle, slowly learning to trust and come out of her shell.

Ricky, true to his namesake, is full of life and charm — friendly, outgoing, and always ready for a cuddle.

Thank you for helping us keep our promise — to care for seniors like Lucy and Ricky when they need us most.
