About Ruthie
This sweet older girl is looking for a kind and quiet home. Ruthie is very loving and endearing. Unfortunately, we received some concerning news about her recent biopsy on one of her mammary tumors. The tumor was malignant yet had a good margin, but will still need to be watched. Ruthie just wants a warm bed, good meals, and some cuddles. She is a wonderful girl! Pet Refuge was formed in 1978 to help with cats and dogs in need of homes. We are a limited admission shelter that supports our local animals control facilities by helping take in the overflow of cats and dogs from their facilities. We also take in owner surrenders as space allows.
