There's something so special about Shania — something that can't quite be captured in a photo. At just 9 months old and 12 pounds, this Parsons Terrier/Westie mix has already been through more than most dogs her age, yet she radiates quiet hope and sweetness. When you first meet her, she may hang back a little, unsure of what to expect. But once she realizes you're kind, she softens — her tail gives a shy wag, and her eyes begin to sparkle. You can almost see her heart opening up as she learns to trust. That's Shania's magic — she doesn't just love; she chooses you, one gentle moment at a time. Shania loves other dogs and would thrive in a home where she can have a friendly canine companion or calm human friends to help her continue to blossom. She'd do best with older children or adults, as younger ones have been unkind to her in the past. She deserves a peaceful, loving home where she can feel safe and cherished. She's fully vetted, spayed, and ready to begin her new life — one filled with kindness, stability, and love. Shania's foster family says everyone who meets her is captivated by her tender personality and soulful spirit.
