About Truman

At 12 pounds and 1 year old this sweet boy is in need of a soft place to land. Poor little Truman was found running in fear through the streets of Baltimore City trying to survive. Kids were throwing cans and bricks at him.
He is now vetted and is good with other dogs. Truman amazingly still trusts people. He will need a home with another dog and a physical fence. Can anyone help this little survivor?
