About Zyon
Meet Zyon — the 20-lb soul who's done pretending life with chaos fits him.
At 7 years old, this Boston Terrier just wants calm. He spent years trying to keep it together in a busy home, but the noise and unpredictability of little kids were too much. Now he's safe, healing, and figuring out what it means to actually relax.
He's housebroken, crate-trained, and loyal to the core. He'll curl up beside you, follow you from room to room, and give his whole heart once he feels secure. But he's not looking for playdates, toddlers, or dog-park drama — just someone steady who gets him.
He loves food (bananas especially), car rides, and quiet companionship. Zyon's not broken — he just needs a home that matches his energy: peaceful, patient, and real. Is it you?
This dog is up to date on vaccinations and is spayed or neutered. (Please note: Puppies under 3 months old may not be sterilized prior to adoption. If this is the case, your adoption coordinator will provide guidance on the process.)

Our dogs come from various situations, such as kill shelters, owner surrenders, or as strays. It is likely both parents were mixed breeds as well.
Sandy Paws Rescue does not have a public shelter in Massachusetts. Our dogs reside in private foster homes or boarding kennels in the South until adopted. Many dogs are spoken for prior to transport or release from state-mandated isolation.
